Entitles the licensee to open support tickets using our online support desk. The initial term of support is for 12 months. This can be renewed on an annual basis.Software assurance
Entitles the licensee to free major version upgrades during the initial 12 months term. Software assurance can be renewed annually on commercial product licenses.Previous Versions
